Bea's notes for this recipe:
This pie makes it's own crust. It's also called the Impossible Pie. The recipe was given to me by my husband's grandmother. I have made this countless times.

*You can make this a coconut pie rather than chocolate by omitting the 4 TBSP of cocoa & adding 7oz of coconut.

Directions

1
Preheat oven to 350. Combine well all the dry ingredients then add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour into 1 or 2 greased pie pans (pie plates) & bake @350 for 30-40 minutes or until top starts to split.

Note: This pie makes it's own crust. It is very good and is a moist pie. It sorta reminds me of a very moist brownie. My granddaughter likes the chocolate better than the coconut, which is typical for kids. LOL
