- refrigerated pie crust
- 2 can(s)
- cherry pie filling
- 1 tsp
- almond extract
- 1/4 c
- slivered almonds
1Prepare bottom crust using package directions.
2Pour both cans of pie filling in large bowl.
3Add almond extract and almonds, stir to blend.
4Prepare top pie crust in any way you wish. (Lattice or decorative vents)
5Pour filling mixture into bottom crust.
6Place top crust as desired and flute edges.
7Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
8Tip: Bake on center rack - place an empty cookie sheet on the bottom rack to catch any filling that bubbles over.
