Cheese Tarts from Mom Marcon's Kitchen

Another one from mom. Even though mom says it's cheese tarts, plural, this makes one pie, or a very large tart! Julie Zimmer was one of mom's best friends when they both worked at Raytheon.

pinch tips: How to Melt and Soften Butter




1 large sour cream (16 oz)
1 large cream cheese (8 oz)
1 small cream cheese (3 oz)
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 t. vanilla
pinch salt

Directions Step-By-Step

Beat above ingredient in mixer until smooth. Put in pan with graham cracker
crust. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
Graham Cracker Crust: 18 graham crackers
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
Dash cinnamon
Crush crackers. Add remaining ingredients. Press into pan.
