This is a great pie recipe. It was my first recipe I created for peanut butter loving people.

Ingredients For chaos pie

  • 10
    oreo cookies
  • 3/4 c
    honey roasted peanuts
  • 3/4 c
    margarine, melted
  • 1 1/3 c
    dark brown sugar, divided
  • 1/2 c
    chocolate syrup
  • 16 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 3/4 c
    creamy peanut butter
  • 2 c
    whipped topping, divided
  • 2 tsp
    coconut extract
  • 1 c
    chopped granola bars
  • 3/4 c
    milk chocolate chips
  • 2
    king size Reese's Nutrageous bars, sliced
  • 1/2 c
    caramel ice cream topping

How To Make chaos pie

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    In a large food processor, combine oreo cookies, honey roasted peanuts, melted margarine and 1/3 cup brown sugar. Grind until it becomes crumbly.

    Press crumb mixture into bottom and up sides of a 10-inch deep-dish pie plate.

    Bake for 5 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.

    In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, peanut butter and 1 cup whipped topping. Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed for 30 seconds until light and fluffy.

    In a medium bowl, combine remaining whipped topping, coconut extract and remaining brown sugar; beat again at low speed for 2 minutes until stiff peaks form.

    Scrape whipped topping mixture into peanut butter mixture with a rubber spatula and fold together until combined.

    Place granola bar pieces, chocolate chips and sliced Nutrageous bars on prepared pie crust.

    Spread peanut butter mixture evenly over granola mixture. Drizzle with caramel ice cream topping, if desired. Chill for 2 hours.
