I LOVE ANYTHING WITH CITRUS AND CREAM CHEESE.
A VERY EASY NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE.

Ingredients

1 large
graham cracker pie crust, large
pie filling:
12 oz
cream cheese, room temperature-[1 1/2 pkgs.] - [can use low-fat]
1/2 c
sugar - [or splenda]
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
1
8 oz. cool whip - [may use low-fat]
creamsicle topping:
1 pkg
orange jello, small [i use sugar-free]
1 1/2 c
boiling water
1
8 oz. pkg. cool whip - [may use fat-free]

Step-By-Step

1CREAM TOGETHER THE CREAM CHEESE, SUGAR AND LEMON JUICE UNTIL FLUFFY.

2BEAT IN THE COOL WHIP.

3POUR INTO THE PIE CRUST.

4CREAMSICLE TOPPING:

5WHISK THE ORANGE JELLO INTO THE BOILING WATER UNTIL DISOLVED, ABOUT 2 MINUTES.

6COOL JELLO ON THE COUNTER FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES.

7WHISK IN THE COOL WHIP, UNTIL COMPLETELY COMBINED.

8POUR THIS OVER THE CREAM CHEESE FILLING.

9THEN COOL IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 4-6 HOURS.

10NOTE: YOU MAY PIPE ADDITIONAL COOL WHIP AROUND THE EDGE OF THE PIE.
