Caramel Delight Pie
7 oz flaked coconut
caramel ice cream topping
16 ounces cool whip
8 ounce cream cheese
pecans, in pieces
sweetened condensed milk
graham cracker pie crust
1In a skillet, brown pecans, coconut and butter until golden, set aside. In a bowl, blend cream cheese, and sweetened condensed milk, then add the container of Cool Whip. Pour this into the pie crusts, Sprinkle the browned coconut, pecan butter topping over the top of the pies, drizzle tops with caramel topping. Keep refrigerated

It really is great, I also made it into one dessert, in a 9x13 pan instead of 2 pies
