|1/2 c||butter, melted|
|1 c||plain flour|
|1 c||chopped nuts (i use pecans)|
|8 oz||cream cheese ,softened|
|1 c||powdered sugar|
|1 large||container cool whip, divided|
|2 small||boxes of butterscotch instant pudding mix|
Mix butter, flour, & nuts til crumbly & press into buttered 13"x9" baking dish. Bake around 25 minutes @ 350 degrees. Keep a check on it. & cool.
Mix cream cheese & 1 cup of powdered sugar. FOLD in 1 cup of the cool whip & pour over crust.
Mix puddings and milk and spread over cheese mixture. Cover with the remaining cool whip & CHILL.
You can also use chocolate pudding.
