buttermilk

How To Make buttermilk pie

Cream sugar and butter. Sift in flour and salt; mix well. Add eggs and beat well, then add buttermilk and flavoring and mix some more. When well mixed, pour into unbaked pie crust and bake at 350 for about 35 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.
