egg whites
1/4 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c
white sugar

1In a large mixing bowl beat egg whites with an electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form (tips curl).
2Gradually add brown sugar and granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating on high speed until stiff peaks form (tips stand straight) and sugar dissolves.
