Wash & pick over blueberries. Line pie plate with a thin layer of Cookie Dough for Pies(recipe posted separately), sprinkle with bread crumbs. Add the berries, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon & lemon juice, then over all the egg yolk, beaten with cream.
Top with streusel if desired. Bake at 375 degrees for about 35 min, until crust is lightly browned. Top with confectioner's sugar if desired.
