In food processor or mini chopper crush gram crackers, when crushed mix in Tbsp sugar and the melted butter. Pat down onto quiche pan (one with removeable bottom). Bake for 5 minutes. Whip soften cream cheese with egg, vanilla and sugar. Spread onto gram cracker mixture. Toss fresh blueberries with 1-2 Tbsp sugar, spread on top of creamcheese. Bake for 30 mins at 350 or until the cheese is firm. Refrigerate overnight. Cut like a pie.
