- pitted fresh or frozen cherrys
- 2 c
- fresh or frozen blackberries
- 3 -ounce package tapioca pudding mix
- 1 c
- 3 Tbsp
- butter or margarine
1Combine cherrys ,blackberries ,pudding mix and suger ;pour into prepared bottom crust and dot top with butter.
2Top with second crust.Pinch and crimp edge .slash top crust to vent .If desired,brush with cseam and spinkle with sugar befor baking .
3Bake in 400 oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until crust browns and filling boils.Allow 10 minutes more if using frozen fruit.MAKES 8 SERVINGS
