lemon juice concentrate
cream cheese, room temperature
Cut banana into slices and line pie crust; (you can dip banana's in lemon juice first so they will not turn brown)
In mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, condensed milk (Eagle Brand) and vanilla extract together until smooth;
Add lemon juice and mix well; pour into pie crust lined with the banana's; top with extra banana's; place the pie crust plastic top on it and refrigerate for about 2 hours and then serve.
