Annie's EASIEST Pineapple pie...EVER!

If you like pineapple, you will really enjoy this refreshing pie on a summer day (or nite!) Perfect for summer HOLIDAY time! Or any time of the year ~ ENJOY!

IMPORTANT NOTE: NO COOK-TIME is needed! The "CHILL-TIME" is minimum 8 hours, but OVERNITE is better! YUM!!

Ingredients

1 can(s)
20 ounce crushed pineapple in it's own juice
1 pt
sour cream
1 large
instant vanilla pudding
1/3 c
(can add into pie filling/if desired) flaked coconut or finely chopped walnuts or both
1
pre-made pie shell (flavor of your choice) graham cracker or shortbread crust
TOPPINGS dash(es)
if desired

CHOCOLATE SHAVINGS

WHIPPED CREAM

FLAKED COCONUT OR FINELY CHOPPED WALNUTS

Directions Step-By-Step

In medium to large sized bowl, MIX WELL! Pineapple with juice, sour cream, pudding mix and walnuts (if desired) Pour into pre-made pie shell. Cover with plastic cover (included with pie shell) Refrigerate 8 hours or OVERNITE is better.

NOTE! IF DESIRED: Sprinkle/Add topping of your choice on cut slice of pie...ENJOY!! Annie Kelly
