How To Make amish sour cream apple pie

In a bowl, beat eggs. Add sour cream, stir in sugar, 2 T. flour, vanilla and salt. Mix well, add apples, and pour in unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 375 for 15 minutes; then sprinkle crumbs on top of pie, return to oven for 20 - 25 until filling is set.
