Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup corn syrup, light
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons orange juice, fresh
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
- 2/3 cup coconut
- 9" unbaked pie shell
How To Make ambrosia pecan pie

Step 1In a large bowl, beat the eggs, corn syrup, sugars, orange juice, butter, orange peel & salt until well blended. Stir in pecans & coconut.

Step 2Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 50 - 60 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

Step 3Cover edges with foil during the last 15 minutes to prevent overbrowning if necessary. Cool on a wire rack.
