- 8 oz. package of low-fat cream cheese
- 1 pt
- low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 8 oz. container of lite cool whip
- 1/3 c
- 2 tsp
- graham cracker pie crust
1Let cream cheese soften. Using mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in yogurt and vanilla.
2Fold in Cool Whip and blend well. Spoon into pie crust. Chill until set for about 2-4 hours. Optional: Top with your favorite fruit. Slice and serve.
