Stephanie's StoryThis recipe was given to me by my boss's wife in 1976. So very easy and really tasty for so few ingredients!
pkg. cream cheese, softened
carton whipping cream
graham cracker pie crust
1Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy; add 1 tsp. vanilla; whip the whipping cream in separate bowl; gently fold into the cream cheese and powdered sugar mixture. Pour into pie crust. Can either be served plain or topped with cherry or blueberry pie filling. Refrigerate for about 3 - 4 hours prior to serving. This is excellent and so easy!!
