This recipe was given to me by my boss's wife in 1976. So very easy and really tasty for so few ingredients!

Ingredients

8 oz
pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c
powdered sugar
1 small
carton whipping cream
1
graham cracker pie crust
1 tsp
vanilla

Directions Step-By-Step

Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy; add 1 tsp. vanilla; whip the whipping cream in separate bowl; gently fold into the cream cheese and powdered sugar mixture. Pour into pie crust. Can either be served plain or topped with cherry or blueberry pie filling. Refrigerate for about 3 - 4 hours prior to serving. This is excellent and so easy!!

It is the smallest size; I don't remember if it is 8 oz. but think so. You have to whip it and then mix in with the other ingredients. Very good and soooo easy to prepare!!
