Whipped Cream

I just got my immersion blender. Making whipped cream is my favorite thing to make with it. It is quick, easy, and I have very little clean up. My husband and family just love the taste of fresh whipped cream.

Ingredients

1 c
heavy whipping cream
2 Tbsp
powdered sugar
1 tsp
pure vanilla extract

Directions Step-By-Step

Chill bowl and beating half of immersion blender or beaters if using portable mixer.(freezer)

Pour heavy whipping cream in chilled bowl and add powdered sugar.

Whip with immersion blender about 30 seconds then add vanilla. Continue blending until thick with peaks. This happens suddenly! Beware or you will make butter. Refrigerate until needed.
