Ingredients

2 c
all purpose flour or gluten flour
2 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
light salt
1 1/2 c
brown sugar or splenda brown sugar
6 Tbsp
light margarine
2
large egg whites
3/4 c
chocolate chip
1/3 c
water

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350F. In a small bowl, combine flour,baking powder and light salt.

2In a large bowl, beat brown sugar and margarine until fluffy. Add egg whites and vanilla. Grandually beat in flour mixture alternating with water. Stir in chips.

3Spread into a foil-lined 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake until golden, about 20-25 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Remove foil and cut into 24 two-inch squares.
