On an 8X8 pan , spread egg-cheesecake cool whip mixture, sprinkle with grated semi-sweet chocolate, then lay slices of Angel Food Loaf (cut smaller slices to fit spaces not big enough for a 3/16" slice).
Pour 2 tsp of coffee per slice on the 1st layer of Angel Food loaf.
Repeat Step 5, starting with the egg cheesecake cool whip mixture.
Pour 3 tsp of coffee per slice this time on the Angel Food Loaf.
End layer with egg cheesecake cool whip mixture and grated semi-sweet chocolate.
