Super Classic & Oh So Easy Cannolis

I made this once. It was good but I did make a big mess.I had cheese mix everywhere & I even used a pastry bag. I put to much in the bag & pressed way to hard at first lol. But it did taste so good.

Ingredients

1 jar(s)
ricotta cheese
3/4 c
powdered sugar
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
1/4 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 c
semi-sweet mini chocloate chips
12
cannoli shells

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large bowl mix the first 4 ingredients well. Then carefully mix in the choaolate chips & cover. Refrigerate for about 30 mins.

Then fill each cannoli shell with the mixture.

Serve right away or cover good & refrigerate until ready to serve.

Special Tip: For easy filling spoon the mixture into a pastry bag with a fited wide tip. Then pipe into the shells.
