- ricotta cheese
- 3/4 c
- powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp
- vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp
- 1/2 c
- semi-sweet mini chocloate chips
- cannoli shells
1In a large bowl mix the first 4 ingredients well. Then carefully mix in the choaolate chips & cover. Refrigerate for about 30 mins.
2Then fill each cannoli shell with the mixture.
3Serve right away or cover good & refrigerate until ready to serve.
4Special Tip: For easy filling spoon the mixture into a pastry bag with a fited wide tip. Then pipe into the shells.
