1 cup butter 2 cups brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tbsp vanilla 3 cups flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp cream of tartar 1 tsp salt 1 cup butterscotch chips topping: 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp cinnamon dash nutmeg
How To Make snicker doodle blondie bars

1Cream butter and brown sugar for 3 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla and beat till smooth. Stir in dry ingredients and chips. Lightly spray a 12 cup cupcake pan or a square 12 serving brownie pan. Roll 2 tbsp dough into balls and place on a baking sheet. Combine topping ingredients and roll dough balls in it. Place coated balls in baking pan. Bake at 325 for about 35-40 minutes.
