1Dry roast black sesame until a nutty aroma fills your nostrils. Keep it aside and let cool. Dry roast groundnuts. Let cool.
2Grind roasted ingredients into a course powder.
3Add palm sugar or brown sugar and grind the mixture again (one or two times).
4Now, add cardamom powder (optional) and ghee and mix well.
5Shape them into small / medium sized balls. Store them in an airtight container. Consume within few days for best taste.
