Ingredients For sea foam

3 clight brown sugar

3/4 cwater

1 tspvanilla extract

1/4 tspsalt

3egg whites
How To Make sea foam

1Dissolve the sugar and salt in the water. Cook without stirring to 225 degrees or to the hard boiling stage.

2Remove from heat and pour gradually over beaten egg whites, beating constantly.

3Add vanilla. Continue beating until candy cools and will hold it's shape. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper.
