Ingredients For school cafeteria brownies
- BROWNIES

1 cbutter, unsalted, softened

1/2 ccocoa powder, unsweetened

2 call purpose flour
-
2 csugar
-
4 lgeggs
-
4 tspvanilla extract

1 cchopped nuts
- ICING
-
1/4 cbutter, unsalted, softened
-
1/4 cmilk
-
1/4 ccocoa powder, unsweetened

3 cconfectioners' sugar
-
dashsalt
How To Make school cafeteria brownies

1Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly coat a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

2Brownies: Mix all ingredients well, and pour into prepared pan.

3Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees F. Check brownies after 20 minutes.

4Cool brownies in pan.

5Icing: Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Add more milk, a little at a time, if icing is too thick. Ice brownies before cutting.
