Ingredients For rhubarb crunch

  • FLOUR MIXTURE
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 3/4 c
    quaker oats
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • SUGAR MIXTURE
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • RHUBARB
  • 4 c
    rhubarb, diced, uncooked

How To Make rhubarb crunch

  • 1
    Mix all flour ingredients and pat 2/3 of mixture in greased 9x9 pan. Place rhubarb on top of this.
  • 2
    Combine sugar mixture ingredients and cook till thick and clear. Pour over rhubarb and top with remaining flour mixture. Bake 1 hour @ 350 degrees.
