Ingredients

CRUST

1 1/2 c
flour
1/2 c
powdered sugar
1 1/2 stick
butter

TOPPING

3 c
diced rhubarb
3
eggs
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
soda
1/2 c
chopped walnuts
1 3/4 c
sugar - more or less to taste
1 tsp
vanilla
1/2 c
flour

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350*
2Cut the butter into the flour and powdered sugar until crumbs form. Pat into the bottom of a 9x13 pan and up the sides a little.
3Bake at 350* for 15 minutes
4For topping, thoroughly beat all ingredients EXCEPT rhubarb and nuts.
5Fold in rhubarb and nuts.
6Pour over baked crust and bake an additional 35 minutes.
