I use to eat this as a kid. It is quick and easy. You can make it with left over cooked rice. I love this Cold,Warm and even Hot..

Ingredients

2 c
rice, cooked and hot or cold
1 c
raisins
1/8 c
sugar
1 Tbsp
cinnamon
1/8 tsp
vanilla extract (optional)
2 Tbsp
milk or cream (optional)

Step-By-Step

1place cooked rice in a bowl
2Mix your sugar and cinnamon together
3Put in raisins and mix.
4Put your sugar mixture in the rice stir. You can add some milk or cream and or vanilla but I like it like it is.
5This can be eaten hot or cold. I do not measure the ingredients. You can add a little at a time until you get what you like for the flavor.
