Ingredients For quinoa parfait

  • 1 c
    rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    oil or light margarine or coconut oil,melted
  • 2 tsp
    sugar or splenda sugar
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 4-5
    apples:peeled, cored and coarsely chopped
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar or splenda sugar
  • 1 c
    water, or more if necessary

How To Make quinoa parfait

    For Oat Crumble: 1. Preheat the oven to 350F. 2. Combine all ingredients in small bowl.

    3. Evenly spread on a baking sheet or large 13x9 glass baking pan and bake until golden brown, about 7-10 miniutes. Set aside to cool.

    Put in cups and put fat-free cool whip on the top.

    For Quinoa: Cook one cup quinoa according to package directions. Once cooked ,add 1 1/2 teaspsoon cinnamon, mix well. set aside to cool.
