I went to a friends house during the holidays last year and she served this to us for dessert--We loved it--the friend said she was not a good cook but thought this was easy and good. I found out she was right--Great for Thanksgiving.

Ingredients

solid pumpkin ( 16 oz)
1 can(s)
evaporated milk

eggs
1 1/2 c
sugar
4 tsp
pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp
salt
1 c
pecans
1 c
butter--melted
1 pkg
yellow cake mix
whipped cream topping

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine pumpkin , milk, eggs, sugar, pumpkin pie spice and salt in large bowl. Pour into 13x9 pan.
Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pumpkin mixture. Top with pecans.Drizzle with melted butter. ( do not use less)

bake 50 to 55 min. at 350 degrees or until golden.
