pumpkin, canned or cooked
1 Tbsp
honey
2 tsp
cinnamon
2 tsp
grated lemon peel
1 c
fat-free ricotta cheese

Step-By-Step

1in medium bowl, combine pumpkin, honey, cinnamon and lemon peel. Mix well. Fold in ricotta cheese. And refrigerate for 1 hour.
