Ingredients

4 c
all purpose flour
2 tsp
baking powder
2 tsp
baking soda
2 tsp
salt
2 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
nutmeg
1 tsp
cloves
4 stick
butter, softened
3 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
2 large
eggs
2 tsp
vanilla
2 c
pumpkin puree
2 c
white chocolate chips
1 c
coconut

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 18x13" pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar together until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Mix in pumpkin until incorporated.

In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.

Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well-combined. Stir in white chocolate chips and coconut.

Spread evenly in pan and bake about 40 minutes. Cool before cutting.
