I make this at Thanksgiving and Christmas, kind of a family tradition

pinch tips: How to Fold Ingredients



1 sm can crushed pineapple
1 envelope knox gelitan disolved in 1/2 cup of cold water
1 1/2 tbsp real lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
8oz cream cheese
1 sm jar marichanio cherries
8oz cool whip

Directions Step-By-Step

put sugar, pineapple and lemon juice in sauce pan and bring to a boil. add gelitan and let cool. mix cream cheese with cherry juice. chop cherries and add to cream cheese mix. when the gelitan has cooled add the cream cheese mixture and then add cool whip mix together put into a bowl or a mold and refrigerate until ready to serve
