This recipe has been an all-time family favorite! The key is to melt the butter and don't bake too long.

Ingredients

1/2 c
butter, melted
1/2 c
white sugar or baking splenda
1/2 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1
egg
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1/3 c
peanut butter, creamy (i use reduced fat)
1/2 tsp
salt
1 c
flour
1/2 tsp
baking soda
1 c
quick oats

Directions Step-By-Step

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350*
MIX INGREDIENTS IN ORDER LISTED, SPREAD IN 9*13 PAN BAKE @ 350* FOR 15 MIN.
AFTER BAKING:
1. SPRINKLE WITH 1 C. SEMI-SWEET CHOCO BITS AND LET MELT FOR 5 MIN.

2. WHILE WAITING, in separate bowl MIX:

1/2 C. POWDERED SUGAR

1/4 C. PEANUT BUTTER

3 TBS. MILK

3. SET ASIDE

4. SPREAD CHOCO BITS OVER BAKED SQUARES

5. FINALLY, DRIZZLE WITH PB FROSTING and MARBLE the FROSTING

4. LET COOL. THEN COVER AND REFRIGERATE.
