place sugar, syrup, and margarine in sauce pan and bring to slight boil.
remove from heat as soon as the mixture reaches boil and stir in peanut butter.
pour over corn flakes, gently toss it all together till corn flakes are covered.
using buttered hands or a spring type scoop. portion out into balls about the size of a walnut onto waxed paper. Allow to cool and set up.
