A coating that you can have on hand to use when recipes call for greased & floured pans.

Ingredients

1 lb
vegetable oil
1 lb
all purpose shortening
1 lb
bread flour

Step-By-Step

1Place all of the ingredients in a mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Blend on low speed for 5 minutes or until smooth.
2Store in an opaque airtight container at room temperature (may be stored for up to 1 month).
3Apply to baking pans in a thin, even layer using a pastry brush.
