freshly grated orange zest
1In a large mixing bowl, whip the butter and cream cheese together with a hand-held electric mixer. Gradually beat in the confectioners' sugar until it is all combined and smooth.
2Beat in the orange zest and juice. Spread over brownies or cake.

At our stores here in Minnesota our powdered sugar comes in a bag not a box. How many oz. do you need for the recipe?

Jane, my guess is 16oz on the powdered sugar and 8oz on the cream cheese. That's what I use when I make cream cheese icing. I hope this helps.
