Brownies - cream butter and sugar.

Add eggs, one at a time.

Add flour.

Add a 16 oz. can Hershey's Chocolate Syrup. Add walnuts.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes in a 9x13 pan.

Icing - Bring milk, sugar, and butter to a boil and boil hard for one minute. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Spread over cooled brownies.
