My Grand~Kids Cinnamon Sweet French Toast

- 1 pkg
- white bread
- eggs, beaten well.
- 3 Tbsp
- 1/2 c
- oil for flat skillet
- non stick pan spray
- powdered sugar
1In a bowl, beat the eggs and add milk, beat again.
2In a smaller bowl, mix together the cinnamon/sugar and powdered sugar together. I like to shake the bowl to even the spices.
Dip the bread into the egg batter then into the spice bowl. Lay it on the skillet. Turn from side to side often to allow to brown and cook the egg, but not to burn or scarch.
3As the bread gets lightly browned, remove and dust with spices in bowl with your fingers. Lay onto a platter or plate.
Continue till you have fixed as many pieces as you want.
4We make ours to go with fried Bacon. But even just by themselv es it is a Yummy dish for all ages!!!
