Low Carb Jello-Cream Mold
It is quick and easy to make. But it does have to chill overnight. At least 8 hours.

- 2 pkg
- any flavor sugar free jello (small size)
- 1 c
- heavy cream
- 2 c
- boiling water
- 8 oz
- package of cream cheese. (not low or non fat)
1Dissolve jello in 2 cups of boiling water.
Pour into blender with cream cheese and heavy cream. Blend until smooth.
2Pour into Mold.
3Refrigerate overnight. Unmold and serve.
