This originally came from a Strawberry Triffle recipe I used to make. I've lost the recipe, but started making this topping for different dessert dishes. It's not very heavy.

Ingredients For light whipping cream

2 8 oz. pkgcream cheese, softened

4 cheavy whipping cream (i use 2 small cartons)

1 cgranulated sugar

1 tspvanilla extract

1 tspalmond extract, optional

1 Tbsporange juice
How To Make light whipping cream

1Whip with hand mixer until heavy whipping cream is fluffy.

2In seperate bowl, add other ingredients and whip until mixed. Sometimes I only use vanilla extract, but I occasionally will add the almond, too. Either way is good.

3Fold the mix into the whipping cream. (Sometimes I cheat and whip them together!) Add more sugar to taste if you like it a little heavier. I'm sure this can be cut in half, but I tend to make larger batches. Enjoy!!!!
