Ingredients For irish mist sauce

2eggs, separated

1/2 csugar

2 Tbspirish mist liqueur
How To Make irish mist sauce

1In a small bowl, with an electric mixer on high speed, whip the egg whites until soft peaks form.

2Gradually add 1/4 cup of the sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form.

3In a separate small bowl, with an electric mixer on medium speed, beat egg yolks with remaining sugar and Irish Mist.

4Fold egg yolks into egg whites. Chill for 1 hour.

5To serve, spoon sauce over fruit, cake or pudding served in individual glass stemware (Irish crystal preferred!)
