Ingredients For irish mist sauce

    eggs, separated
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    irish mist liqueur

How To Make irish mist sauce

    In a small bowl, with an electric mixer on high speed, whip the egg whites until soft peaks form.

    Gradually add 1/4 cup of the sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form.

    In a separate small bowl, with an electric mixer on medium speed, beat egg yolks with remaining sugar and Irish Mist.

    Fold egg yolks into egg whites. Chill for 1 hour.
  • 5
    To serve, spoon sauce over fruit, cake or pudding served in individual glass stemware (Irish crystal preferred!)
