Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp
instant coffee powder
1 Tbsp
gelatin, unflavored
4 Tbsp
sugar
2 c
water
2 oz
irish whiskey

Step-By-Step

1Put 1/2 cup of cold water in a saucepan. Sprinkle with gelatin. Add 1 1/2 cups hot water. Stir to dissolve gelatin over heat.
2Add sugar and irish whiskey. Stir until well blended. Pour into small serving dishes. Chill until firm. Serve with whipped cream.
