12 ice cream sandwich's (any brand)
1 jar caramel topping
1 8 oz. container cool whip

Just found this recipe haven't made it yet, but so easy to make and sounds delicious.

 

Directions

Line casserole dish with the ice cream sandwich's.

Mix caramel topping and cool whip together, pour over ice cream sandwich's.

Cover with foil and put in freezer. Take out when ready to eat.

Saved this one! Sounds like a great recipe for the warmer weather get togethers! Rhode Islanders are known to consume as much ice cream in the winter months. lol Thanks for sharing!
