- 1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 4 egg yolks,slightly beaten
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 3/4 cups butter
- 2 c sweetened ,shredded coconut
- 1 1/2 c chopped pecans
- 2 t. vanilla
1Make outrageous brownies as directed on Carol C.'s recipe.
Topping: Combine evaporated milk, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened, 12 -15 ms.Remove from heat, add coconut and chopped pecans cool until thick enough to spread, beating occasionally.Spread over cooled brownies,cut into pieces.
