|1 c||dry old fashioned oats|
|1 c||toasted coconut flakes|
|1/2 c||chocolate chips|
|1/2 c||peanut butter|
|1/2 c||ground flaxseed|
Stir all ing. together until mixed well.
Let chill in fridge for 1/2 hour
Once chilled roll into 1 inch balls
Store in airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
* can add chopped dried fruit, apricots, dates, golden raisins, cranberries, cherries
** If to dry, add a little more honey
