These are very filling and great for snacks or breakfast!
dry old fashioned oats
toasted coconut flakes
1Stir all ing. together until mixed well.
2Let chill in fridge for 1/2 hour
3Once chilled roll into 1 inch balls
4Store in airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
5* can add chopped dried fruit, apricots, dates, golden raisins, cranberries, cherries
6** If to dry, add a little more honey
