Ingredients

3 Tbsp
(3 envelopes) unflavored gelatin powder
2 c
cold water
2 3/4 c
commercial dairy eggnog
3/4 c
sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c
dark rum
1 tsp
ground nutmeg

Step-By-Step

1In a saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over the cold water and let sit 2 minutes. Bring just to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring until the gelatin is dissolved. Transfer to a bowl and add remaining ingredients, stirring until mixture is smooth.
2Pour into a 6-cup mold, or 6 1-cup ramekins. Refrigerate until set, 3-6 hours.
3Unmold and serve.
