Ingredients

  • 1 (11.5)oz package no-bake cheesecake mix
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 2 tablespoons instant flavored coffee, flavor of choice, mocha, french vanilla, etc.
  • 1 package white and dark chocolate sticks

How To Make easy mocha cheesecake

  • Step 1
    PIE CRUST: Mix crumbs from package with butter and sugar thoroughly with a fork in a 9-inch pie plate until crumbs are well moistened. Press firmly against side of pie plate, first, using finger or large spoon to shape edge. Press remaining crumbs firmly onto bottom of pie plate, using measuring cup.
  • Step 2
    PIE FILLING: Beat milk, instant coffee and filling mix with mixer on low speed until blended. Beat on medium speed 3 minutes. Spoon into crust. Chill at least 1 hour. Garnish with white and dark chocolate sticks. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
