Dad's Camo Cake

I made a cake for Father's Day that Dad would love and that was practical too. He is not much of a sweet eater and prefers pie over cake anyday. So, since he is very practical I thought about making a cake he could REALLY use. It is camping time so I chose products I knew he could use up at their camp in Cooks Forest, Pennsylvania.
Well, it was a success and he just loved it! He said, "This is the most unique and creative cake I have ever had!".

Of course we had a discussion about what layer was the least fattening and low calorie, which is the first layer of course. hehe

Ingredients

1
case of dad's favorite beer, pabst blue ribbon
1 pkg
jalapeno flavored slim jim's
6 can(s)
assorted beans
6 can(s)
chilis and jalapenos
6 box
of sparklers
1 large
jar of dry roasted peanuts
2 small
bungy cords
4
mini bungy cords
1
roll of camo wrapping paper

Step-By-Step

1Bottom layer I wrapped every other can of beer and placed them in a circle shape. I used 19 cans of beer. I then placed the bungy cords around them. Then, I put tape on the backs of the slim jims and taped one to every beer can.
Middle layer is six cans of Bush beans and I also wrapped every other can and put them on top of bottom layer in a circle. I then took sparkler boxes and taped them on each can.
Top layer and center:
I put the peanuts in the center of second and top layer. Beans went around peanuts.
I wrapped the small cans of chilis and jalapenos on put them on top of the beans.
I opened a box of sparklers and taped them to the peanut jar in center so I could lite them like cake candles.
